Orlando Pirates head coach, Milutin ‘Micho’ Sredojevic has explained where he thinks his side is lacking, this after their 1-1 draw to Baroka FC.
The Buccaneers hosted Wedson Nyirenda’s side at the Orlando Stadium in the Absa Premiership, where the Bucs had to come from behind to salvage a point, which kept them at second place on the league standings.

Speaking to the media, Coach Micho explained that Baroka had two approaches to the game, having successfully broken down their momentum and made it difficult for the Bucs to play their game.
“You cannot plan that totally against the run of play you will concede a goal. However, you need to respond to that, I believe that from all aspects, players on the field, us…” Micho told the media.
“I want to say that we really tried everything like in any match, it was not meant to be, and we need to find a formula.
“We shall do an introspect inside and find solutions, the solutions are simple, to dominate more, to play faster, to reach the areas for where we can endanger a goal.
“It is part of the game, you have two ways to defend with reinforce defence and then defend with delaying the time and killing our moment.
“We do not want to look to the blame as an excuse, we want out the mirror in front of ourselves to be much more mentally stronger; I think physically we are okay. Why we haven’t been tactically effective, I want to call it (not) effective (enough) towards the goal,” the Pirates head coach added.
