Pep Guardiola's charges continued to dominate and they bagged a third goal in the 24th minute when Gabriel Jesus slotted home from close range after the goalkeeper failed to hold onto Benjamin Mendy's cross.
Feyernoord, meanwhile, barely threatened the City goal in the opening 45 minutes, as they spent most of the stanza chasing the game.
It was wave of attack after attack, with the midfield maestros Kevin de Bruyne, Bernardo Silva and David Silva with their exquisite passing and technically ability that gave Aguero and Jesus the platform to wreak havoc throughout the night.
Stones then rounded off the scoring in the 63rd minute by grabbing his second goal of the game.
With the Citizens comfortably leading, Pep Guardiola introduced Leroy Sane for Fernandinho in the 72nd minute.
The Premier League outfit managed to see out the closing stages with relative ease, as Feyenoord failed to threaten Claudio Bravo's goal.
