Following their latest defeat to Mamelodi Sundowns, Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila run the risk of fighting relegation after just one season in the top flight. In light of this, we take a look at five crucial DStv fixtures in which they can turn their season around. Read: Mabena Makes Decision On Future On paper, they have a highly competitive squad made up of vastly experienced players, as well as a newly-appointed coach in Dylan Kerr who has been there and done that. But, TTM will be concerned by their current DStv Premiership position that sees them sit in 15th place on the log, just three points ahead of bottom-placed Black Leopards, with 10 matches to go. Of course under new leadership, TTM have taken a step in the right direction, having secured themselves a spot in the Nedbank Cup semi-final where they will take on either Orlando Pirates or Mamelodi Sundowns. However, it is the league and surviving the dreaded drop that is the main concern for the Polokwane-based outfit, and they have five crucial fixtures in which they can ensure their stay in the country's elite league next season. First up is Saturday's clash against high-flying fellow newcomers TS Galaxy who have experienced a new lease on life under coach Owen Da Gama, this is a must-win match for TTM, who will have their coach available and on the bench for this encounter, with his work permit expected to be resolved. Thereafter, TTM travel to Cape Town City, a side that have been blowing hot and cold this season, but have proved to be vulnerable at times, Kerr's side will be hoping to get one over the Citizens in the Mother City. The two sides drew two-all in the reverse fixture. Read: Pitso: Nobody Wishes To Face Al Ahly Check out the rest of the fixtures that could turn TTM's season around.
