Kaizer Chiefs have hit out at Mamelodi Sundowns regarding the Khama Billiat matter, threatening 'taking action' after confirming an approach was made.

Billiat has been heavily linked with a return to Chloorkop of late, and Sundowns acting general manager Yogesh Singh confirmed this week to Soccer Laduma that they had been in talks with them regarding a possible transfer.
Chiefs have now refuted that claim though, calling talk of negotiations 'completely false', with a statement seemingly suggesting that the Zimbabwean international will not be going anywhere in the current transfer window.
The statement in full reads as follows:
"Kaizer Chiefs would like to put it on record that the information being peddled in the media about the club negotiating with Mamelodi Sundowns is COMPLETELY FALSE AND UNCALLED FOR.
"We can confirm that there was an approach by Sundowns during the Afcon for the services of Khama Billiat, but we informed them that we are not selling the player. Following that, there have not been any negotiations with the Chairman, Kaizer Motaung or anyone from Kaizer Chiefs as reported in the media.
"We are concerned that the said Sundowns official can misrepresent us in this manner, causing unnecessary confusion and uncertainty to our supporters and stakeholders. We call on him to refrain from spreading false information in the media and respect the rules.
"Khama Billiat is committed to Kaizer Chiefs and is not joining any other club.
"Following the article published online yesterday quoting a Sundowns official, we are considering taking action to deal with the matter. This unethical behaviour cannot and should not be tolerated."
The Siya crew  has attempted to get comment from Singh following Chiefs’ statement, however the acting general manager has not been available for comment at this point in time.
Toyota, drive your obsession.

We will take Yoguard Singh and all Media Journos including PowerFM Radio station to the cleaners. The Club name Kaizer Chiefs is a Brand Name and respected Internationally, anyone who tries to tarnish that name must face concequences. Radio Stations are abusing their weak airtime trying so hard to distabilise Chiefs, this includes the Intern mediocre Sport Journos who're abusing freedom of speech and who're are still very far at owning their own newspaper industry, still reporting to Piet Pompies up until now.
